- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Form compact patties.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer with cooked beef patty, pepper jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and fried onions.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over each slider and cover with the top halves of the rolls. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and cheese melted.
