Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Form compact patties.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer with cooked beef patty, pepper jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and fried onions.
  5. Drizzle BBQ sauce over each slider and cover with the top halves of the rolls. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and cheese melted.
  6. Let the sliders rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
