  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin can be toasted
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander can be toasted
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional, adjust to taste
  • salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Sweetness
  • 1 handful raisins or dried cranberries choose according to preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
