Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar on medium speed for about 3–5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add room temperature eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition for 30 seconds.
  4. Sift matcha powder, baking powder, and all-purpose flour over the wet mixture and gently fold in using a spatula.
  5. Pour in the milk and vanilla extract, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
