Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Spoon the meat mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full and pressing gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Drizzle this over each filled muffin cup.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and tops are caramel brown.
  6. Let the mini meatloaf muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
