Step-by-Step Instructions for McGriddle Muffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add your breakfast sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Using the same skillet, lower the heat slightly and add your scrambled eggs. Cook until fully set, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend together the pancake mix, water, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  5. Spoon the muffin batter into each cup of the tin, filling them with about 1/4 cup of the mixture.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 16-18 minutes until golden.
