Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, ground cumin, grated onion, and egg white.
  3. Slice mini peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  4. Fill each pepper half with the beef mixture, leaving about 1/3 inch space at the top.
  5. Bake filled peppers in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and return to the oven for an additional 3-4 minutes until melted.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
