- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté sliced smoked sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.

- In a bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, broccoli, and sautéed sausage. Pour cheese sauce over and mix gently.
