Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped carrot for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water. Blend again for 30 seconds.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the neutral oil and sesame oil while blending on low speed for 30 seconds.
  4. Add honey and blend for an additional 20-30 seconds until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer to a glass jar, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
