Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the tops and tails of the radishes and optionally soak them in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the radishes and pat them dry. In a mixing bowl, combine radishes with melted butter, tossing well to coat.
- Spread the buttered radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Once roasted and golden, remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
