Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Warm 1 cup of milk to 110°F, combine with yeast and sugar, let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, eggs, and butter. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. For filling, beat together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  6. Punch down dough, roll out, spread filling, and roll tightly. Slice into 12 pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise for 20 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F, pour heavy cream around rolls, and bake for 28-30 minutes.
  9. For glaze, beat cream cheese and butter, mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, drizzle over rolls.
