  4. Pour the bloomed cocoa mixture into the egg mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, and salt until lump-free.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding them in gently with a spatula.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  8. Spread the batter in the lined baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
