  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract pure vanilla recommended

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Whisk together egg yolks, oil, milk, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold the whipped egg whites into the batter carefully.
  7. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove waffles carefully and serve immediately with desired toppings.
