  • 2 tablespoons white cooking wine can be omitted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
For the Greens
  • 2 cups chopped kale or other greens
For Garnish
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast for a vegan alternative

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle in the Tuscan Marry Me Blend and sea salt, stirring for 30 seconds.
  4. Introduce chopped sundried tomatoes and tomato paste, mixing for about 1 minute.
  5. Gradually pour in heavy cream and vegetable stock, then add white cooking wine and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbling.
  6. Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Fold in chopped kale and drained butter beans, simmering for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
