- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
- Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough and cut into 12 circles slightly larger than the muffin cups.
- Press each dough circle into the muffin cups, molding the edges to create cups.
- Add pizza sauce into each dough cup, filling halfway.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by your choice of toppings.
