- In a medium mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until it's smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 package of chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
- Grab a 9x13 inch dish and layer about 12 graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the thickened chocolate pudding evenly over the second graham cracker layer.
