- In a mixing bowl, combine one packet of your preferred Jello powder with one tablespoon of unflavored gelatin. Mix thoroughly using a whisk.
- Gradually pour in half a cup of room temperature water while stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and glossy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking sheet, filling almost to the top or spreading evenly to a thickness of half an inch.
- Allow to rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for about 15 minutes until firm.
- Once set, gently pop out the candy melts from molds or cut them into shapes if using a baking sheet.
