  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling
For the Toppings
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar for best flavor
  • 1 cup Corned beef Can swap with chicken
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeños Fresh or pickled
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped
  • 1 cup Sour cream For serving
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped

  • 1 cup Guacamole For a rich twist
  • 1 cup Salsa Zesty option

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread the frozen waffle fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fries.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle a generous layer of cheese on top. Return to oven and melt for about 5 minutes.
  4. Layer on the corned beef and jalapeños over the melted cheese.
  5. Sprinkle green onions and cilantro over the loaded fries.
  6. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa on the side.
  7. Keep warm until serving time and encourage guests to enjoy!
