  • 1 pack Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crust 12 oz, frozen
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Chive-and-Onion Cream Cheese Spread or plain cream cheese with fresh chives and onions
  • 3 large Eggs essential for binding
  • 12 oz Frozen Cooked Medium Shrimp thawed, well-drained, and chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese or your favorite cheese like cheddar

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Thaw the pie crust and prick the bottom and sides with a fork. Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add eggs, then fold in the shrimp and cheese.
  3. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden.
  4. Allow pie to cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
