Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Carefully remove the pits from 12 Medjool dates and slice each date lengthwise, shaping them in cupcake silicone molds.
  2. Spoon one teaspoon of smooth peanut butter into each molded date, leaving space for crunchy peanuts.
  3. Sprinkle salted peanuts over the peanut butter layer in each date mold, distributing evenly.
  4. Melt approximately 100g of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in 30-second intervals.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each date, covering the peanuts and peanut butter completely.
  6. Freeze for about one hour to allow the chocolate to firm up completely.
  7. After freezing, let the Date Snickers sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then unmold and serve.
