Method
 

Macaron Preparation

  3. Whip aged egg whites until foamy, gradually adding granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the whipped egg whites until smooth.
  5. Pipe uniform circles onto prepared baking sheets and let rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until firm to touch, then cool completely before removing.
