  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Using regular milk will change the texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and chopped semi-sweet chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar until fully incorporated.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together flour, coffee powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking pan and drizzle half of the sweetened condensed milk over it.
  8. Top with the remaining brownie batter, drizzle with more condensed milk and swirl.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before slicing into squares.
