- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Let thicken for 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare blueberries. If frozen, thaw them. Mash until jam-like consistency, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer oat mixture into jars, filling each about three-quarters full. Layer or fold in mashed blueberries.
- Seal jars or cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve cold from the fridge or warm briefly in the microwave, adding toppings as desired.
