- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of your electric mixer, combine the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the pure vanilla extract and two extra-large eggs one at a time. Scrape down the sides and mix until smooth. Gradually add the cocoa powder.
