Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by rinsing the Brussels sprouts under cold water, then trim any tough ends and halve them. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Whisk until smooth and well-blended. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the halved Brussels sprouts cut-side down. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until caramelized, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
