Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain grease, add taco seasoning and ¾ cup water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the Beans: Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally and adding water for smoothness if needed.
  4. Assemble Pizzas: Spread a layer of warmed refried beans on a tortilla, add seasoned beef, and place a second tortilla on top.
  5. Sauce & Cheese: Spread taco sauce over the top tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Add optional toppings like diced tomatoes and black olives.
