Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add soy sauce and mix until combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center, fold bottom corner over, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet until it reaches 350°F. Ensure the oil is hot enough for frying.
- Fry egg rolls in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce like sweet and sour or soy sauce.
