Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add 240g of full-fat cottage cheese. Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, stirring gently to combine until smooth.
  2. Spoon 60ml of marinara sauce evenly over the cottage cheese mixture and spread gently.
  3. Add 30g of shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by arranging turkey pepperoni over the cheese. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if you want some heat.
  4. Microwave the bowl on high for 60 to 90 seconds until the cheese is melted and bubbly, or broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Top the bowl with fresh basil leaves right before serving to add a burst of freshness.
