Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the creamy base. Stir until well incorporated.
  4. Carefully fold in the lump crab meat, one cup of shredded cheddar, half of the mozzarella, and most of the fresh parsley.
  5. Spread the crab mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the mixture. Prepare the topping by mixing breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle it evenly over the cheese.
  6. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes if desired.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with reserved parsley before serving.
