Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Arrange the frozen crispy fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the beef into six equal portions, rolling each into a ball.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt a tablespoon of butter or splash of olive oil in the hot pan for flavor.
- Place the beef balls in the skillet, pressing down to flatten into thin patties. Sear for 3-4 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Layer the crispy fries on a serving platter. Drizzle warm cheese sauce over fries, then break and sprinkle the cooked burger patties on top.
- Reheat in the oven for 5-10 minutes to warm everything through and melt the cheese sauce.
- Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and top with pickles and jalapeños. Add more toppings as desired.
