- Repeat the layering with the remaining potatoes, beef, sour cream, and cheddar.
- Pour beef broth around the edges of the dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnishing with parsley.
