Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy, resembling a thick sauce.
  2. Combine almond flour and salt in a mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add blended cottage cheese and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  4. Check batter consistency; if too thick, add almond milk or water gradually.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
