- In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix gently to form six patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the patties to an oven-proof plate and keep warm in a preheated oven at 300°F.
