Grilling Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat around 450°F for about 10-15 minutes.
- Shape 80/20 ground beef into five patties slightly larger than your buns.
- Create a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb.
- Season patties generously with kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper just before grilling.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the burgers after 4-5 minutes and cook the second side for another 4-5 minutes to an internal temperature of 150°F.
- Let the burgers rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
