Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Marinate the sirloin steak in a zip-top bag in the fridge for 3-6 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, aiming for 450-500°F.
  4. Wash and chop the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into 1 1/4 inch pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Assemble the kabobs by threading marinated steak and veggies onto soaked skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  6. Grill the kabobs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached, approximately 12-16 minutes for medium-rare.
