Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the grill or a cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat until hot, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  3. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 3-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. In a large serving bowl, arrange arugula, top with grilled peaches, and dollop with burrata.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
