Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the beef with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, fresh lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the marinated beef and brown for 5-8 minutes until golden.
  4. Pour in beef broth, scraping any browned bits from the skillet.
  5. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
