  2. Crush a sleeve of graham crackers in a ziplock bag until you have fine crumbs.
  3. Cream together unsalted butter and light brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Mix in flour, graham cracker crumbs, and baking powder at low speed until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in milk chocolate chips if using.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  7. Combine sugar and reserved graham cracker crumbs, sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake for 23-28 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
