For the Topping
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • Red Pepper Flakes Optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Slice them into uniform wedges, about 1-inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer sweet potato wedges to a large mixing bowl. Pour the seasoning mixture over the wedges and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss again.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the wedges in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
