Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Transfer the meat mixture onto a clean surface or a parchment-lined loaf pan. Shape into a loaf form, roughly 9 inches long and 5 inches wide.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the loaf in the center rack and bake for 45–55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- For an extra layer of flavor, brush the top of your meatloaf with garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
