  • 1 lb Ground Beef can substitute with pork or turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use almond flour for gluten-free
  • 1 large Eggs
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Milk can substitute with non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
Optional Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Butter or Marinara Sauce for brushing during the last 10 minutes of baking

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan, milk, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Transfer the meat mixture onto a clean surface or a parchment-lined loaf pan. Shape into a loaf form, roughly 9 inches long and 5 inches wide.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the loaf in the center rack and bake for 45–55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. For an extra layer of flavor, brush the top of your meatloaf with garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  5. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
