Preparation Steps
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, add minced garlic and sauté for another minute. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then fold in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- On a floured surface, roll out biscuit or pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares. If using crescent dough, lay flat and pinch seams together.
- Take a square of dough, place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center. Gather the corners of the dough and pinch to seal. Roll into a smooth ball.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Brush the tops of the bombs with this mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place bombs seam-side down, brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Pair with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch.
