  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can work too.
For Garnishing (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Sprinkle just before serving.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chili oil, and olive oil.
  4. Brush the garlic chili oil mixture over each cabbage steak, coating both sides.
  5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika evenly over the steaks.
  6. Roast the cabbage steaks for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
