  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or pepper jack
Dough
  • 1 package Rolls (or Pizza Dough) Store-bought or homemade
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Butter Use store-bought or homemade
Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat, stir in seasonings, and cool slightly.
  2. Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and combined with the beef.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into squares. Spoon filling onto dough.
  4. Fold dough edges over filling and roll tightly. Pinch seams to seal each rollup.
  5. Slice rollups into bite-sized pieces and place on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted garlic butter.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with dipping sauces.
