For the Flavor

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Sifted for even dusting

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and set up your mixing area.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
  3. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla or almond extract, and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  8. Cool the cookies on a wire rack for about 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
