Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Break the plain bagel into small chunks and pulse in a blender or food processor until you create coarse crumbs.
  3. Combine bagel crumbs with everything seasoning and olive oil, mixing until evenly coated.
  4. Blend together garlic-herb cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan, and sharp cheddar until smooth.
  5. Butterfly each chicken breast, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture into each butterflied chicken breast.
  7. Whisk the egg with water, dredge stuffed chicken in flour, then egg wash, and roll in bagel crumb mixture.
  8. Arrange coated chicken on the baking sheet and sprinkle remaining seasoning on top.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and chicken is golden-brown.
  10. Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
