Evening Smoothie
  • 1/2 fruit Avocado Can skip for a lighter option
  • 1/2 medium Cucumber Can substitute with zucchini
  • 1 sprig Mint Substitute with basil if desired
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Use non-dairy yogurt for vegan option
  • 1 fruit Apple Can substitute with pear or mango

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Green Tea by brewing it or mixing matcha powder with hot water in a bowl. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes until vibrant green.
  2. Blend the Morning Smoothie with brewed green tea, mixed berries, orange, and chia seeds until smooth.
  3. Create the Afternoon Smoothie by blending banana, honey, lime juice, greens, and remaining green tea.
  4. Whip Up the Evening Smoothie with avocado, cucumber, spinach, mint, apple, and Greek yogurt until silky smooth.
