Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil. Wait until the oil shimmers.
  3. Add your choice of protein, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry your vegetables for 3-5 minutes until bright and crisp-tender.
  5. Return protein to the skillet and add stir fry sauce, cooking for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
