  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, or use garlic powder
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded; can use Colby Jack
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded; mix in favorite cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Optional but recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with any cooking oil
  • to taste Salt Adjust since cheese brings saltiness
  • to taste Pepper Adjust as needed

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients and a large, oven-proof skillet.
  2. Drizzle olive oil into the skillet and heat over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli stems and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat, pour heavy cream over the broccoli, layer shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  5. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
