Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry until about 1/8-inch thick on a floured surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the puff pastry. Layer sliced ham and shredded cheddar evenly on top.
  3. Tightly roll the pastry into a log shape and slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Chill sliced pinwheels in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Brush tops of pinwheels with egg wash or milk. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Cool on a baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
