Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash the large strawberries under cold water and gently pat them dry. Hull each strawberry to create a small indent.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Transfer to a piping bag and fill each hollowed strawberry.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over filled strawberries for added crunch.
  5. Chill the filled strawberries for at least 15 minutes before serving.
