Step-by-Step Instructions for Detox Cabbage Soup
  1. Wash and chop all your vegetables to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and ginger paste. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  4. Stir in the sliced carrots and chopped celery. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
  5. Sprinkle in the turmeric, then add the chopped green cabbage, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Stir and bring to a gentle boil.
